Charlie has served in ministry since 2005 in roles ranging from youth and music to young adults and associate pastor in both Florida and Mississippi, and in September 2025 he stepped into the role of Lead Pastor at True Life Church in Cedaredge, Colorado. Ordained with the Assemblies of God, Charlie and his wife Amanda carry a deep passion for one thing above all else: to see a move of God in today’s church. They feel truly blessed to call Cedaredge home and are excited about the future, believing that True Life Church will be a place where people encounter hope, healing, and the transforming presence of Jesus.
Pastor Cynthia and Mark Tingler have been blessed to teach the children of Power Source for more than 5 years. Mark is a special education teacher and has taught in Delta School District for 15 years. Cynthia is a retired registered nurse. Their vision for the Power Source children is to show them who Jesus is and that they will fall in love with Him and desire to follow Him for the rest of their lives.

Betsy has been with TLC since January, 2017 as our Finance Manager. She comes to us with a background in all aspects of banking including tellering, bookkeeping, auditing, consumer counseling, and VP of Lending. She lives in Cedaredge with her husband Jerry and furry best friend Max. In her spare time she is the group leader for Delta County Quilts of Valor and enjoys quilting, working on home remodeling projects, and spending time with her grand-twins.
